Hello Dancers and Friends! 
I am trying to get a general idea of who our dancers are and where they are from.  We all know that we need to do some serious advertising to take our chosen hobby into the future and I think we need to know more about who we have dancing now.  Could you please help me get this survey sent around?  I'd like each person to respond to the survey, not as a couple.  You don't have to give me your real name, just a nick name is fine, just so I'll know it's an individual response.  I'll collate the data and provide it to anyone who is interested.
